A carnivorous Theropod whose features are highly recognisable. It had a concave back and walked on two legs. The dinosaur’s skull matched its big body and had sharp teeth for tearing into prey. An average adult measured about 12m long and 2,000 Kgs. The first documented remains of the Tyrannosaurus were found in 1877 in North America. Tanzania and Portugal were the other habitats of the dinosaur. It is believed the Tyrannosaurus may have fed on other dinosaurs using its razor teeth.
